Morten Thorkildsen

Morten Thorkildsen

Chairman of the board

Morten Thorkildsen has an extensive background in the IT industry, with positions – among others – as Country General Manager of IBM.

Morten is currently board member of Oslo University Hospital and chairman of the board of MBI Healthcare Technologies in the UK (a DNV company).

He has held various board positions, including full-time engagement as chairman of the board of Sykehuspartner HF, Board member of Data Respons ASA, chairman of the Norwegian Computer Society, and board member of ICT Norway.

He currently runs his own management consulting company, focusing on digital health, cyber and defence.

Morten holds an MBA degree from Handelshøyskolen BI (Norwegian Business School) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Organisation from the Heriott-Watt University.

Gyrid Ingerø

Member of the board

Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø is former EVP & CFO at Kongsberg Gruppen ASA and also holds board positions at KID, Flytoget, Patria, Opplysningen 1881 and Kongsberg Teknologipark.

She has previously held the position as CFO in Telenor Digital Businesses, Telenor Norge, Opplysningen 1881, Komplett Group and Reiten & Co. Prior to the CFO positions, Gyrid worked for eight years in KPMG and a few years in Nordea.

Gyrid holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from NHH Norwegian School of Economics.

Jan-Erik Karlsson

Jan-Erik Karlsson has a long and substantial background in the IT consultant business, as the co-entrepreneur of the Swedish IT consultant company Programmator at the end of the 1970s.

At Programmator, he held leading positions until the company was sold to Capgemini in 1992.

After that, he has had various managing positions in Capgemini's Nordic organisation until 2010, where he spent five years as the leader of Capgemini Norway and five years as the leader of Capgemini Sweden.

Åshild Hanne Larsen

Åshild Hanne Larsen (1968) has a Master of Business Administration from Herriot-Watt University in Scotland, UK; a Master in language and pedagogy from Universität Bielefeld in Germany, and has recently completed the Executive Board Program at INSEAD in France. She is also chairman of the International School of Stavanger and Frøya Ventures AS.

Larsen has broad leadership experience from various professional and leading positions in Equinor ASA, including director positions within personnel and organization, information technology and most recently from Subsurface where she currently leads the Excellence & Digital unit.

Åshild Hanne Larsen is independent in relation to senior employees and major shareholders.

Helge Leiro Baastad (1960) is a civil economist from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen.
 
Baastad is chairman of Bertel O Steen AS and Kavli Holding AS and has previous experience from a number of boards, including Gjensidige Nor ASA and DnB NOR ASA, Jordan AS, Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane, Nykredit Holding AS and Nykredit Realkreditt AS.
 
Baastad was previously CEO of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA for 20 years and has considerable management experience from the financial sector both within banking, life insurance and non-life insurance. Baastad also has broad experience from the brand industry from Denofa & Lilleborg Fabriker / Orkla and Jordan AS. Baastad is independent in relation to management, employees and major shareholders.

Siren Tønnesen

Siren has worked in Itera since 2021 and is Head of AI & Analytics.

Siren has more than ten years of experience in creating value from data and using data for actionable insight. In 2022, she was nominated as one of the top 50 women in Tech (Abelia/Oda network). With a solid background in neuroscience and intelligence, Tønnesen has achieved a unique understanding of both human cognition and complex technological systems. She is passionate about promoting the responsible use of technology and ensuring consideration for the ethical development of AI systems.

Joachim Trøbråten

Joachim has worked in Itera since 2017, working as a Key Account Manager in the Sales Department. In addition to working as a KAM, Joachim has had an extended focus on Itera’s sustainable business offerings.

Joachim holds a MSc degree in Management and worked with branding and strategic marketing for Orkla in the FMCG business prior to moving to Itera. He enjoys working in the consultancy business due to its inherent people centricity and the opportunities that this creates. He thrives on solving complex issues for his customers and is passionate about sustainability.
